My eczema had gone completely within 2 weeks

I am 4 weeks into the Lean Rebalance programme, and the results have been life changing for me.

For all of my life, I have suffered from eczema which has affected different places, and I have never found the reason for it.

With age advancing, pressures from work and kids increasing, and will power diminishing, I have to admit that I had “let myself go” in the last few years.

Constant access to the kitchen cupboards during lockdowns accelerated my feelings of self-loathing to a point where I didn’t think I could ever get back to being happy with myself. I had known of Katie’s existence for a few years, so when a window of opportunity presented itself, I took the plunge and called her, not entirely sure of what to expect.

Katie understood my position and feelings straight away which restored some hope.

As soon as I started on the plan, the weight started to fall off – I was astonished. From then on, my motivation increased as much as the weight decreased.

Within 4-6 weeks, I not only got back to the weight of my thirties, I had re-set my mind into seeing food as nutrition, not as a comforting tool against stress.

I’m so pleased my brother persuaded me to do The Lean Rebalance. I know I would never have lost 21lbs without this extraordinary new way of eating.

It has been a real learning curve and has now become my way of life.

After lockdown I had put on a stone in weight. That was on top of the stone I had put on after menopause. Now seriously overweight I was beginning to feel quite unwell, but I felt completely helpless as to what to do about it. I decided that if I could pay someone to take the weight away from me, I would.

The pay-off was rapid weight loss. Every week saw new gains. Clothes I thought I would never wear again started to fit. Energy levels were higher than they had been in years. My self-esteem got a massive boost for looking after myself properly and getting on top of things.
