Ultimately, my unshakeable drive is to help you sort out your health so you feel happier and are the person you want to be. That’s it.
And just like so many of my clients, I’m over 50.
I know what it’s like to juggle a million balls — teenagers, ageing parents, a busy career – and still try to look after your health and energy.
After more than 15 years in the health and fitness industry, I’ve helped hundreds of busy professionals in their 40s, 50s and beyond to lose weight, restore their energy, and feel genuinely well again – inside and out.
My goal is simple – I want to help you get your health back on track in a way that fits easily with your life.

Amazing results and a fantastic hand-in-hand experience. Katie has been there for every minor question and is amazingly supportive throughout. My intention was to find a diet that gave me results but that also fitted in with my lifestyle. This has proved to be the one. I lost over 4 stone and came off all my medication

I started working with Katie in 2012, just before my 50th birthday — weighing 17st 11lbs and on medication for high blood pressure.
A year later I’d lost over 4 stone, weighed 13.5 stone, I’d come off all my medication & was wearing 32” waist jeans. During that first year Katie completely changed my outlook & understanding on food & diet. Now, nearly 10 years on, I’m still wearing 32” waist jeans & still working with Katie to maintain my fitness. Katie is highly committed, fun, professional and she gets results. So I searched for a science-based nutrition programme with solid, proven results, one that could help me reach and improve the lives of more people and that I truly and passionately believed in.
My search led me to train as a Metabolic Balance® coach, and I now include this method in some of my programmes.

I know what it's like to have a few glasses of wine because you've had a stressful day.
What it's like to be so tired when you get home from work, that dinner is whatever you can lay your hands on, eaten too quickly, standing up, peering into the fridge, beer or wine in hand.
And I know that you may have business lunches, dinners and drinks events that it’s really hard to say no to - but don’t help your waistline.
I'm in my 50s, I get it, and I'm by no means perfect.
I’m rubbish at maths. I often burn the dinner, and I’ve got a truly dreadful singing voice, but I am very good at one thing.
I have a deep and intuitive understanding of what makes people tick. People are my thing. My zone of genius is getting the absolute best out of the people that I coach and tailoring my approach to suit them and their lifestyle, so that they get incredible results.
I truly understand how to help clients achieve their health and weight loss goals. I've been doing it for years and I passionately, totally love what I do.
